 he Lewisville Morning Rotary Club is proud to sponsor a showcase of commun
 ity non-profit organizations operating within Denton county that are offer
 ing services to help improve lives in our community.  Space is limited an
 d spots will be provided on a first come\, first serve basis. Event Detail
 s: The Community showcase will be presented during the annual Lewisville W
 estern Days Festival on September 28th from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Where wil
 l the community showcase be setup? The Non-Profit Community Showcase will 
 be setup in the Lewisville Old Town area\, at the corner of Mill Street an
 d Main Street.  More information will be provided the week before the eve
 nt. What will each Non-Profit Need to Provide? Each non-profit organizatio
 n will need to provide: – A table and chair(s).  Organizations should d
 rape or cover their tables. – Staff available to interact with the publi
 c on the organization’s mission\, services\, and to answer any questions
  – Any advertising or promotional materials including giveaways\, busine
 ss cards\, flyers\, etc. – A small tent or covering for your booth (opti
 onal) – Power will probably not be available What will the Lewisville Mo
 rning Rotary Club provide? The Lewisville Morning Rotary club will provide
  the overall space for the community showcase and will provide coordinatio
 n as needed for setup.  The Rotary club will also promote and advertise t
 he event through our social media platforms and through other advertising 
 via the City of Lewisville. What is expected of each organization? Non-Pro
 fit organizations will have an opportunity to communicate to the community
  what services are provided to fulfill their mission and also request any 
 needs that the organization may have.  Organizations may also advertise a
 ny upcoming events.  Food vendors will be onsite so organizations cannot 
 sell or give away competing items that may also be sold at the event. Orga
 nizations must also adhere to the following rules: • Organizations are t
 o have staff at their booth during festival hours • Organizations are re
 sponsible for the cleanup of trash from and around their booth.  Trash re
 ceptacles will be located in the area. • Property brought onto the premi
 ses by any organization is at the organization’s sole risk and shall be 
 removed from the premises during designated move-out times. What time can 
 the organizations begin setting up and breaking down? Organizations can be
 gin setup at 9:00 AM on the day of the event.  Break down can begin no ea
 rlier than 3:00 PM.  If you have any additional needs please contact the
