Throughout the year our club does many different and varied service projects. Projects that need both club member volunteers and other community volunteers that wish to serve side by side with our members

Household Hazardous Waste
This is one of our environmental projects. In the past this was a monthly project requiring 8 to 10 volunteers that work along side city staff members removing waste from resident vehicles, segregating it for safe storage and shipment to recycle/reuse organizations.
 
Unfortunately, the pandemic has caused the city to reduce opportunities for exposure by limiting volunteers to just 2 members. Members volunteer 4 hours for one or two dates each week. Volunteers must be able to lift 50 pounds and have participated in the city's HHW volunteer/staff training.
