challenging the other Area 10 Rotary Clubs to another annual Blood Harvest Challenge. The Flower Mound RC won the 1st challenge in 2013. The Lewisville Morning Rotary club has won the challenge every year since.

Household Hazardous Waste collection has been the premier service project for the Lewisville Morning Rotary Club for 20 years. This monthly service project is done in partnership with the City of Lewisville. That partnership was forged in large part through the efforts of Lisa Weaver who has worked closely with our Rotary members, city employees and city contractors to make this such a successful initiative.
Lisa is retiring from the City of Lewisville this June. The city has arranged a special reception for Lisa at City Hall at 2 pm on Thursday, June 29th. Please plan to join our city leadership, employees and your fellow Rotary members at that reception to wish her well in retirement and thank her for the service she has provided the community.
Rotary Fellowships are independent, social groups that share a common passion. Being part of a fellowship is a fun way to make friends around the world.
In our club we have at least 4 members that are members of Rotary Fellowships. The most notable in our area is the Wine Fellowship.
This week Lewisville Morning Rotary Club members attended graduation ceremonies for all the grades at Central ES. We congratulated all the students with perfect attendance and provided bikes to two winners from each class. According to Lindsay Henderson, Assistant Principal; "Thanks Lewisville Morning Rotary for supporting Central in countless ways, especially donating 14 bikes for our Perfect Attendance Lottery. It means the world to partner with you in keeping our students in school." All of our Rotary members are very proud of every student at Central."
Our response to Ms Henderson? Thank you and the wonderful staff under Principle Devers leadership for your dedication to each and every one of the students in our adopted school.
