Club President 2020-2021

We accept new flag subscriptions all year around.

We are continuing to promote the Lewisville Area Flags Subscription sale. Everyone can subscribe by clicking Lewisville Area Flags. Please share this subscription link with your Lewisville area friends and neighbors. Thank you to the flag committee, the sleeve installation committee and Boy Scout Troop 9168 for all the work in developing the plans, creating the new "Lewisville Area Flags" brand, developing communication content, coordinating sleeve installation and repairs and of course launching the flags to our current subscribers. Flags sold in July and August can have the sleeves installed prior to labor day if we receive the subscription before August 28, 2020.

The Lewisville Area Flag project is our clubs primary fund raiser. And this year, thanks to Covid 19 limitations may be placed on public events usually connected with our traditional fund raisers, it is even more important that every member participate in helping promote the project wherever and whenever we can.

Sad news, city of Lewisville cancels western Days 2020

The City of Lewisville has regretfully announced the cancellation of this years Western Day Festivities as the result of Covid 19 safety precautions.

The city is exploring digital alternatives to celebrating Western Days this September. Do you have any ideas for celebrating Western Days digitally? Ideas that perhaps the Lewisville Morning Rotary Club can do to help the city enhance our Texas can do community spirit in spite of Covid 19? Share your ideas with club President Mark Smith below.
