Lewisville Morning Rotary Goals
In February of 2018 the Lewisville Morning Rotary Club started their 2018-2021 Strategic Planning through a process called visioning. At our February 2nd meeting District Visioning Chair Gene Davenport was our speaker and introduced the visioning concept to the club. In a nutshell, club members were asked to provide ideas of what they thought our club should look like and be doing in the year 2021. He left us with some homework to complete before beginning our visioning process Feb 17, 2018.

Subsequently, then club president Jeff Siebert led club members through several exercises that were intended to be a template for the plan of action for each of the next 3 years.
We have already seen some of the fruits of our efforts with the new meeting venue and flexible meeting schedule.
