City Attorney, City of Lewisville

Ms. Plaster holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University, as well as a Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas. She has more than 19 years of government experience. Ms. Plaster has been with the City of Lewisville since 2005. She began as an Assistant City Attorney and was appointed as City Attorney by the City Council in 2010. She is a member of the Denton Bar Association and the Texas City Attorney’s Association.
