Andrea Scott receives Vocational Excellence Award at Lewisville Morning Rotary Dec. 8th Meeting

Andrea has been teaching Economics and Psychology at The Colony High School for 13 years. She was selected by the members of The Colony High School Interact Club because in their eyes she most exemplifies the criteria for the award that was defined by Rotary District 5790;
 
The Rotary Vocational Service Excellence Award is designed to recognize an individual who surpasses expectations for exemplary vocational service. These are teachers who demonstrate one or more of the following attributes:
• Goes above and beyond to serve others with a positive and willing spirit.
• Demonstrated leadership or an ability to motivate others in pursuit of excellence.
• Considered situations and problems from novel and diverse perspectives; addressed challenges in an innovative manner.
