Area 10 All Clubs meeting at Hilton Garden Inn on March 31st

Hi Folks,
Details are being finalized for our "All Clubs Luncheon" set for Friday March 31,201 from 11:30 AM - 1 PM at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lewisville, Texas:
1) Our theme will be Membership Madness!! We have a special Guest Speaker coming from Utah that we feel that you will find to be Fun and Informative. You will not want to miss this!!
2) Thanks to a generous sponsor the special chef-prepared plated lunch cost will only be $15 per person.
Please advise Carolyn of your intent to attend this event. Tables of 8 are standard, but if you have an odd number we will mix and match clubs together. Please be prepared to have your club write a check to Flower Mound Rotary for the $15 per person reimbursement. If you have members with special diet needs, please let us know by 3/28/17.
3) Each club will need their badge box and an individual to handle registration of your club members a they arrive at the meeting. You may also want to consider bringing your own club's banner. The individual handling this responsibility should arrive by 11 AM.
4) Since the Theme is Membership Madness, if you would like to have new members inducted into Rotary at the luncheon, please let us know. Also guests will be very welcome!!
