At this time of year when we induct a new president and club officers that we become aware of the importance of maintaining good records throughout the year and sharing that information with the incoming board and anyone in the club that needs the information for their committee activity. In the old days, well not really old, somewhere between ink quill on parchment and typing, we would hand the incoming president and directors a box of records and wish them luck. In the modern digital age, we are able to store all that information electronically.
Lewisville Morning Rotary members can retrieve and store records associated with club business on our ClubRunner Website. Simply login (member area in upper right corner),The Administration page will open. In the box with the blue banner marked "My ClubRunner" you will find a link marked "View Club Documents". When you click on the link, a page opens marked "Private Documents". Documents are available for members to download. Board members and committee chairs are encouraged to upload any records regarding their committee activity. For questions regarding this ClubRunner feature contact John Pokorny, Bob Troyer or Mary Jones.
