Door Hangers promoting our Flag Subscription Program
to be distributed when we pick-up flags after Flag Day
In order to promote additional flag sales for 2019-2020, the Boy Scouts will be hanging door hangers on the doors of the 9 nearest homes to our current subscribers. They plan to distribute the hangers when the pick-up the flags for Flag Day. While we do not have definitive times for each area at this time, we are asking members to consider joining the scouts in this effort. If you can join them please contact Mary Jones who coordinating door hangers with our partner boy scout troops.
As we prepare for the 2019-2020 Flag Subscription year, the flag committee needs help replacing damaged flags and poles. In addition, help is needed preparing new flags and installing sleeves for the new subscriptions. If you can help with these tasks, during the last two weeks of June, please contact Bob Troyer and advise your availability.
