We started this week solemnly honoring all those that died on September 11th in 2001 including our military, civilians and first responders. Today, we appropriately call Sept. 11th Patriots Day.
Yet throughout our countries history we have honored our patriots. Not the least of which those patriots that died during the World War II allied invasion of Normandy. This weeks speaker Dwayne Lee fellow Rotary Member from Arlington Sunrise and professional photographer, will be sharing stories and images from the Normandy Memorial in France dedicated to those patriots that have allowed us to be the free country we are today.
