Jamal Henry to be recognized as
Hebron High School Student of the Month

Lewisville Morning Rotary members and guests received a treat when they met Hebron High School's Rotary Student of the Month at their January 17th meeting.  Jamal has a kindred spirit with Rotary members because of his "Service Above Self" attitude about life. An excellent student, mature beyond his years, he volunteers as an office aide and works as a "PE Partner" with special needs kids.
Jamal is so committed to service that he uses his block lunch time for service, whether as an aid, a PE Partner or just doing good such as cleaning up and properly arranging furniture after the block lunches. You know he is making an impact on his world, because he has buds that willing join in and help.

He was joined at the recognition event by his mother Regina Henry a Floral Designer at Target.

After high school, Jamal wants to study film making. While he has not chosen a film school yet, Jamal is seriously considering studying the trade at a school in Georgia.

His primary goal in life? Inspire people to never give up and to strive always to be the very best.
