Paramedic John Copeland
 
Recognition will occur on September 29 at a regular meeting of the Rotary Club. According to Carolyn, club President, Mr. Copeland has an outstanding record of 25 years in service to the Lewisville community.
 
Mark McNeal, Assistant Chief said, " Johns' service goes beyond his regular duties. In his off time he serves as an instructor at the NCTCs fire academy. He is a leader for our departments new firefighters. This added responsibility requires John to severely alter his schedule to work with the various shifts.
 
Carolyn Wright further stated," It is the goal of the Lewisville Morning Rotary to extend its' support into the community through the recognition of those who give their service to make the community a better and safer place to live. Later this year we will be honoring police officers and teachers".
 
The Lewisville Morning Rotary Club meets each Thursday morning in the Community room at CCA (Christian Community Action), 200 S. Mill St.  Lewisville.  The meeting includes a buffet breakfast.  Visitors and guests are welcome.
