Our membership prides itself for it's community service activities, Our members are doing some community service activity almost weekly. We do our best as People of Action to be Rotary, making a difference.

This year, the Lewisville Morning Rotary Club achieved all the RI milestones necessary to be eligible for the 2017-2018 Presidents Citation. As of mid January (half-way through the Rotary year that begins July 1) our club and club members have given over 6800 volunteer hours and contributed over $26,000 in in-kind and cash donations.
Rotary International has 35,000 clubs worldwide that are dedicated to community service. Internationally RI leadership would like to quantify the good that we do in terms of volunteer hours, in kind donations and cash donations to the communities throughout the world In order to encourage clubs to report their community service activities, Rotary International recognizes clubs that achieve a set of milestones each year in planning, member & club growth, member engagement, youth programs, global and local humanitarian projects, financial support and use of Rotary Grants and public image efforts.

Thank you to all our members and partners that have helped us achieve this milestone.
