Twelve years spent managing aquatic freshwater resources and developing innovative methodologies for large and small river system studies. He is a geographer with extensive experience using a multi-disciplinary skill set to design, implement and execute scientific studies to support long-term channel monitoring, water planning and in-stream flow studies for the Trinity River basin. He has considerable experience in project and personnel management and always lead from the front with initiative, ingenuity, and integrity.
Webster is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a Masters Degree from UNT. Webster has served 5 years in the Marines.
