- Standard Membership $135.54 (quarterly dues of $132 plus a $3.54 transaction fee)
- Standard Membership with discount $104.79 (quarterly dues of $132 minus $30 for engagement discount plus the $2.79 transaction fee)
- Grandfathered membership $91.47 ($89 plus $2.47 transaction fees)
Transaction fees are intended to cover the cost of electronic transactions charged by Paya.
