Why I Walk Happy Hour and Giveback Club Social

The Why I Walk Happy Hour to raise money for the Alzheimer's Association was a complete success with many members in attendance. With the help of his Rotary buds, member Bill Shaw's team will be able to make a significant contribution to the Alzheimer's Association at the 2018 Walk to End Alzheimer's at Grandscape (The Colony, TX) in late September.

The Alzheimers Association has arranged a fund raiser involving several teams throughout the DFW Metroplex. Lewisville Morning Rotary Club member Bill Shaw is the Team Captain of one of those teams. Each team must raise money for their team to donate at the Alzheimers Association final event. The name of Bills team is Old Town Brewhouse which he owns and operates. Lewisville Morning Rotary is having a club social at that event in support of Bill and his team.

Old Town Brewhouse is the Why I Walk Happy Hour and Giveback night July 20th. 100% purchases made from 4pm-6pm will be given to the Alzheimer's Association. A drawing for 1/2 of the giveback proceeds will be credited to 2 Walk to End Alzheimer's Grandscape teams.

Team Members who attend and make a purchase, put their Team Name in a drawing. (1 per team member but unlimited # of teams members may participant).

The team with the most team members attending has the most chances of winning event proceeds credited to their team!

Aside from having fun and fellowship, please come to support Rotarian Bill Shaw's Why I Walk Team even if the only walking you have planned that evening is to answer natures call.
