Unity in Community Luncheon

Lewisville Morning Rotary partnered with three of our Area 11 clubs (Lewisville Noon, Flower Mound and Highland Village) to sponsor the luncheon meals for members of local non-profits at the Unity in Community luncheon at the Hilton Garden Inn on Tuesday, 28 July.

Unity in Community Luncheon

Members Bob Troyer, Marilyn Pokorny and John Pokorny joined our guest from India, Ravi Mahadikar, at the Rotary Table as local non-profits were honored. Organized by the Greater Lewisville Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by Independent Bank, the Lewisville ISD Education Foundation (LEF) was honored as the 2015 Non-Profit of the Year.

Our display got lots of traffic before and after the luncheon. Several other LMR members attended the event on behalf of their employers or organizations - Tom Atchison, Francis Al-Waely, and Diana McMillan.
