Club Members deliver Perfect Attendance Bikes to Central ES
Lewisville Morning Rotary promotes Perfect Attendance at Central ES

You can't learn if you are not in school. The staff and teachers at Central ES (our adopted school) work very hard to prepare our students for a successful education. We need to encourage our students to be there every day if possible. For the last 15 years our club has been encouraging students to achieve perfect attendance throughout the school year. At the end of the school year we work with administration to recognize those students that have achieved that milestone. All students that achieved perfect attendance are recognized and win a goody bag full of treats and games. Two lucky students in each grade, whose name is drawn at random win a bike.

President Elect Tom Rowe and President Nominee Mark Smith headed to PETS
Next years club President Tom Rowe and the 2020-2021 club President Mark Smith
headed to President Elect Training Seminar Feb 28th through Mar 3rd

One of the great traditions within Rotary is the fact that clubs elect a new club president every year. That tradition provides Rotary clubs with fresh diverse leadership that bring new ideas and perspectives to the clubs they lead. Being president of a Rotary club is a major commitment and members are indebted to those that are willing to serve their club and the community through their leadership. To insure the success of our club presidents, Rotary offers the President Elect Training Seminar a three day training event providing a deep dive into everything that makes Rotary the successful organization that it is.

Thank you Tom Rowe and Mark Smith for your commitment to leading our club toward a fantastic future.
